Written in plain sentences, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not consent.
Setura Digital LTD is a digital marketing agency founded and led by Aryan Dewan, UK-based and working with English-speaking clients anywhere. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17381216, with our registered office at 11 Whitchurch Gardens, Edgware, England, HA8 6PF. We are the data controller for anything you send us, and you can reach us at aryan@seturadigital.com.
Only two things. First, what you type into the audit request form: your name, your email address, your website, your biggest frustration, an approximate monthly spend, and an optional note. Second, if you become a client, the read-only account access you grant us and the working files that come out of it.
We don't run advertising pixels on this site, and we don't build audiences from visitors to it.
This site sets no cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing for you to consent to.
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting personal data. It tells us which pages get read and where visitors arrived from — never who anyone is. We can't identify you from it, and neither can Cloudflare on our behalf.
If we ever add something that does set cookies, this page changes first and a consent notice appears with it. We would rather run thinner analytics than ask you to click through a banner to read a page.
To reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to do the work. That's the whole list. We don't add you to a newsletter, we don't put you into an automated sequence, and we don't pass your details to anyone else for their own use.
Access we're given for an audit is read-only, used only for that audit, and we ask you to revoke it if you decide not to continue. Nothing from your accounts appears in anything we publish — any teardown we publish uses a publicly visible account or written permission from its owner.
Audit requests that don't proceed: deleted after twelve months. Client records: kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, then deleted. Audit documents themselves: kept while you're a client, and we'll delete our copy on request afterwards.
Nobody, other than the service providers we need to operate. Today that means our website host (Namecheap, whose server runs this site and passes on what you send through the audit form), Cloudflare (which provides the cookieless analytics described above), our email provider, file storage, and invoicing and accounting software. They process on our instruction and cannot use your information for their own purposes.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it within thirty days at the outside, usually the same week. If you think we've handled your information badly you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material and we'll email current clients rather than relying on you to notice.
